Chapter 1-3 Test

|
Our first test will be on Thursday, September 11. We will do a chapter review on Tuesday, September 9. If you have questions about anything we've done so far, be sure to stop by and get some help!

The best way to study for a math test is to do the daily homework, and make sure to ask questions about anything you did not understand. Do not wait until the chapter review or the morning of the test to ask questions. That's way too late! Your brain needs time to absorb the information and you need time to practice.

If you've done well on the homework, the chapter review should just refresh your memory and help make you aware of anything you need to brush up on. Staying up late staring at your algebra book will not improve your test score. Doing problems and getting a good night's sleep will.

Chapters 1-3 Homework

During chapters 1-3, we will begin our study of algebra with variables, properties, equations, and word problems. We will do some mathematical magic and prove that those magic tricks will always work.
