There are a lot of games online to practice with:

Practice your radicals.
A vocabulary memory game for Integrated Chinese, organized by lesson.
A fun, but tough, game to practice your listening and Pinyin skills.
Practice days of the week and months of the year.

Character practice grids

If you'd like to get more practice writing Chinese characters, Jeff Hayden of the University of Hawaii has some very handy practice sheets available on his website. (PDF download.) Print off whatever kind you prefer and practice to your heart's content!

USC Animated Stroke Order

The University of Southern California has a great webpage that gives animated stroke order for every character in your textbooks. Very useful!

Before the field trip

The Minneapolis Institute of Arts has a wonderful webpage where you can explore all the Chinese art they have on display. Click the "has image" and "on display" boxes, then go to the "Culture" drop-down and choose Chinese; you'll be presented with hundreds of beautiful pieces the MIA currently has out for viewing.

Tea House is a great restaurant. The location we're going to is in Plymouth. Their menus are available. (Make sure to look at the "Authentic Chinese Menu" section.)
