            <description><![CDATA[<b>Goals for State Project</b><br />Locate reputable online resources to use for your state research.<br />Work collaboratively with your peers to constructively critique.<br />Use of a video camera to film and import video.<br />Use video editing software to create your project.<br /><br /><b>Final Project</b><br />Produce and star in a 30-60 second commercial advertising the state you are researching.<br />Your commercial will be showcased during the "Parade of States" celebration.<br /><br />Look at an example of a <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_hkp_KNT_e0">MN Tourism TV Spo</a>t<br /><br /><b>Steps to Follow</b><br />Research - Use the outline summarized below to guide your research. <br />Storyboard - Organize the ideas you want to present. A template for storyboards can be found in <i>Pages.<br /></i>Film - Use a flip cam, built-in camera on your computer and/or your own video from home. Media must be in digital form and accessible by USB, SD card (from a digital camera) or cd/dvd.
