Welcome to the Parent Group on Student Learning for the 2010-11 school year!
This group is comprised of parents, learning specialists and administrators from the MPA community who are interested in how students learn. The group meets throughout the year and focuses on community resources and support that is available for students with learning differences. To find out more, contact one of the Learning Specialists, Robyn Kramer (PreK-grade 6) or Kris Killian (grades 7-12).
Our first meeting for the year is scheduled for Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 8:30-9:30 am in room 158 (Kris Killian's room). We will spend some time with introductions and we will brainstorm for topics of interest for future meetings. If you have a particular topic(s) or questions you would like us to address at this first meeting, please send us your requests and we'll do our best to find information and/or answers.
