Great job on the presentations. I should have the final grades done by tomorrow.. Today, we will start going over the homework. Next, we will work in groups looking at three texts from Judaism, Hinduism, and Buddhism.



You will answer the following questions:

1. What is the central message of each excerpt?


2. What can you tell about each religion from just this excerpt? Do not bring in other information. How do the religions compare?

3. Come up with one "deep" question from each excerpt.


HW: Read Chap 4 Sec 1 for Tues. (Egypt)  Note: We will not talk about this until Monday, as we will be seeing a film tomorrow.
